I went in to the office to purchase insurance. I have no idea what I needed for my auto insurance needs. They took the time to go through the coverages with me, and explain what each coverage was for and explained what the extra cost would be. I am 52 yrs old, and have never knew what I was buying when i purchased insurance. They helped me by educating me on which coverages I thought I needed, they did not try to sell me coverages that I did nt need. This saved me alot of money, and I am thankful for that. They clearly showed honesty and compassion. I will never go to another insurance agency, now that I have found On The Go Insurance Agency.
